What types of beds will I find in the room I booked?The type of bed is usually specified in the room sheet. If you have any special requests or needs you can indicate them at the time of booking by writing them in the "special requests" field which will be forwarded directly to the property. - What is Paga in Structural and what are Payment Pre-Authorisations?
When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). At that moment you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and payment.

How do I know if my card has been pre-authorized?By consulting your credit card balance you will see that your available balance will be temporarily reduced by the amount of your booking. In other cases and depending on the policy of your credit card circuit, you may also find an entry in the monthly summary of card movements: "pending operation". BEST HOTEL IN THE WORLD
The service team are professional, respectful and helpful. They care about your experience at any time during your stay. They provide service detailedly. The service team is well trained and they really understand how important to make guests get good experience. Actually what they did has exceeded my expectations.It is the first time that I feel so hard to say goodbye. This is the first time I stay in Anantara and they has made me a loyal customer already. I travelled alone this time.I really look forward to coming back soon with my families in the near future . I miss my old friends in this hotel.

Luxury in Siem Reap
Our stay at this hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and happy to help with any requests. The hotel itself is outside the center of town but about 15 mins away from Angkor Wat. This is not a problem though as the hotel has its own tuktuk available to drop you off or pick you up in town. Relaxing by the pool was nice after a long day of sight seeing and the food at the hotel was good as well. Highly recommend this property.

Caring and polite stafff
Staff were polite and caring for our needs all the time. The room is spacious. There were some mosquitos though, which is quite normal in Siem Reap anyway. Food in the restaurant is authentic. There is complimentary beer in the early evening on weekend.

The Best Stay in Siem Reap
This was our second trip to Siem Reap. This second trip was specifically to revisit Anantara Angkor Resort. The staff is phenomenal, making us feel like part of the family. The facilities are perfect and well maintained. The Spa experience is incredible and we went there every day we were there! I would not consider staying anywhere else in Siem Reap! By the way, it is also a great value.
